Stepper Motors (Nanotec)

Stepper motors from Nanotec are reliable, economical drives with a long service life and are specially designed for applications requiring a high torque and low speeds. They provide high step angle precision and step resolution. Stepper motors are strong when a high torque is required at speeds of less than 2,000rpm. Nanotec stepper motors are available in many sizes and power outputs and are therefore suitable for a large number of applications.

Nanotec stepper motors are available in many sizes and power versions, with one or two winding halves per phase for unipolar or bipolar control and a single or double shaft.

HYBRID STEPPER MOTORS

Nanotec hybrid stepper motors are available in seven sizes from NEMA 8 (20 mm) to NEMA 42 (110 mm). They offer both a high step angle accuracy and a high step resolution, and are suitable for a wide range of applications. 

FLAT MOTORS

The Nanotec ultra flat high-torque stepper motors offer maximum functionality in a very compact package. They have a high torque and, depending on the series, speeds between 4500 and 5000 rpm. Thanks to their flat design and high speed, these motors are particularly suitable for applications in the semiconductor industry or in laboratory analysis. 

HOLLOW-SHAFT MOTORS

Nanotec offers stepper motors with hollow shaft in the sizes NEMA 17 (42 mm) and NEMA 23 (56 mm). The hollow shaft can be used to pass cables or conduct laser beams through it in order to save space. Suitable for combination with NOE2 encoders.

STEPPER MOTORS IP65

Stepper motors with protection class IP65 (except shaft output) are designed for harsh operating environments and have high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). They are optionally available with integrated encoder or integrated safety brake. Pre-assembled cables permit quick and error-free wiring and commissioning.
