The PI-50 is the only diaphragm pump specifically designed to meey the exact requirements of the sanitary industry. The Murzan PI-50 air-operated double diaphragm pump is built entirely of the highest quality Stainless Steel. The calculated design of the PI-50 allows for easy and complete disassembly to provide total visual inspection of the wetted parts.

Each Murzan pump is equipped with the high efficiency, non-lubricated, oil-free air valve, ensuring the most sanitary environment for your plant and your product.

The Murzan SC (Small Chamber) pump is our most compact and lightweight pump ever built; there’s none other out there like it. The SC delivers the same unmatched performance as the PI-50 in a smaller size. Just like the PI-50, the SC is powerful enough to pump high viscosity products and is easy to disassemble, inspect and clean.

The Murzan LC (Large Chamber) pump uses the unmatched performance of the PI-50 with a larger displacement per stroke.

The Murzan SBR is the ideal compromise between power and value. The SBR’s sanitary sandblasted surface finish makes it a perfect choice for less stringent sanitary applications. With all the same working components of the PI-50, the SBR delivers great performance for a great value.

The Chicken Breast Transfer Unit (CBTU) is the only sanitary pump built specifically for the transfer of poultry products. The high capacity check valves deliver high flow rates while maintaining the integrity of the poultry products such as chicken tenders, fillets and disjointed wings. The CBTU can additionally be equipped with a custom sanitary hopper.
